health! *Although each class has nine sessions, the fee for 15

practice with an emphasis on “flow,” a form of yoga
where continuous movement is linked to the breath. An invigorating

slower form of yoga more focused on alignment, breathing, and
finding your personal pace. We will concentrate on poses to best
support our athletic endeavors. Savasna, a deep form of relaxation,

A fun
introduction to yoga for kids! Learn the animal poses like cat,
downward dog, and cobra. The children will learn how to use breath
and relaxation to quiet the mind and improve focus. Great for
sports! Yoga helps stretch out muscles and to pay better attention
– to the ball, your opponent, or yourself.
