Local Artists 10:30 a.m. – 12 noon arrivals
Traveling Artists 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. arrivals
Judging starts promptly at 5:00 p.m.
ART until DARK Preview Party FRIDAY, JULY 24 - 6:30 p.m. until
DARK!
FESTIVAL HOURS:
SATURDAY, JULY 25 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
SUNDAY, JULY 26 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
JURYING
Preferred Option: Submit 3 digital images
ADVERTISING (jpeg files of at least 5MB/500KB/300dpi)
PRESS RELEASES Alternative Option: Submit a short
biography and 3 labeled photo/slides with your application and
include a prepaid envelope for their return.
FEES: $25 non-refundable application fee
$50 booth – LIMITED INDOOR BOOTH SPACE (maximum 2)
$15 tent fee – (Artist supplies tent)
20% commission on all items sold at show. Sales tax paid by exhibitor.
DEADLINE:
Application and checks must be received by April
3, 2009.

ATTENDANCE:
Each artist must show his/her own work and be in attendance all
days of show. Volunteers will be available to provide relief during
short breaks.
JUDGING:
Artists wishing to participate in the judging portion of our art
show must pre-select two (2) entries for consideration in your
category. Judging begins promptly at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Winners
will be announced during ART until DARK.
REQUIREMENTS:
All work must be signed original work of the exhibitor. No kits,
buy/sell, or commercial items. Every artist must be responsible
for his/her own display, including tables. Wall space and lighting
may not be available to all areas.
